It is also available in heat stabilized (Ultramid 8202 HS) and/or pigmented versions. It combines good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.
Ultramid 8202 HS is a heat stabilized, low viscosity, general purpose PA6 injection molding. It possesses the combination of strength and toughness and has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. The heat stabilizer system extends the retention of properties at the more elevated temperatures. Excellent in filling thin walls or areas.
Ultramid 8202 HS BK-102 is an unreinforced, heat stabilized, pigmented black, low viscosity, general purpose injection molding PA6 exhibiting excellent fluidity for filling thin sections. It possesses the combination of strength, stiffness and toughness properties as well as excellent chemical, thermal and abrasion resistance. Its unique crystalline structure results in increased strength, stiffness, heat distortion temperature and performance under load as a homopolymer. It also cycles faster while maintaining properties and chemical resistance.

Ultramid 8267G HS BK-106 is a heat stabilized, weather resistant, 40% mineral and glass fiber reinforced PA6 injection molding compound with improved UV resistance and sink mark resistance. The combination of mineral and glass fibers result in a high performance, low warp and cost effective engineering thermoplastic. It exhibits high strength, good UV resistance, rigidity and good heat distortion temperatures. It has a relatively high resistance to creep under load. Ultramid C40 L 01 us a lubricated copolymer PA6/66 grade of high viscosity for the production of monofilaments and blown film. Ultramid C40 L 01 is well suited for the production of high transparency, nonsymetic blown film with reduced curl. It's very low melting point compared to standard PA6 is advantageous for coextrusion with temperature sensitive polymers like EVOH.
Ultramid C40LX 01 is a high viscosity, copolymer PA6/66 grade. Improved transparency and gloss are enhanced by the incorporation of a high dose of lubricant.
